OX IT Solutions secures ISO certification hat-trick

OX IT Solutions is pleased to announce we have strengthened our commitment to information security, quality management and protecting the environment through three ISO certifications.

We recently achieved ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 27001: 2013 and ISO 14001: 2015 certifications for the provision of infrastructure and cyber security solutions including consultancy services.

The three qualifications demonstrate our commitment to customer service and the highest standards of quality of products and services. The certifications were achieved following a formal assessment process which took place over several weeks.

ISO is an internationally recognised body which sets a standard for management of systems in all sectors. Achieving ISO certifications confirms to customers and stakeholders a focus on compliance and best working practices.

We hope the certifications will illustrate our dedication to data safety across all areas of business both online and offline and increasing customer satisfaction.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is internationally acknowledged as the gold standard for quality management. To gain this certification, businesses and organisations must prove the consistent provision of the highest quality of goods and services and a focus on customer satisfaction.

ISO 27001

ISO 27001 sets out all the policies and procedures needed for high standards of IT security management. Businesses who have been recognised for this must confirm their ability to manage customer data and minimises risk exposure.

ISO 14001

We were also granted ISO 14001 highlighting its pledge to reducing environmental impact. The goal of the environment management system is to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
