OX IT Solutions appoints new Account Manager, Ian Kendall

OX IT Solutions is pleased to announce that Ian Kendall has joined the sales team as an Account Manager.

Ian has joined the OX IT Solutions team to work alongside our existing group of account managers and support the expansion of the sales team. He brings with him ten years of IT industry experience and a strong track record of building client relationships and delivering for customers.

In his role as Account Manager, he will be responsible for creating and developing client relationships as well as managing customer inquiries, quotes and contracts.

“I’m really pleased to have joined the OX IT Solutions team,” said Ian. “I’m looking forward to working with the other account managers, developing my sales skills and taking my career to the next level.

“I enjoy the account management role because it allows me to stay up to date with all the latest technological releases and advancements, which I am really interested in. I like building relationships with customers and getting to know their specific wants as this enables me to find the right solution that meets their requirements.”

Before joining the OX IT Solutions team, Ian worked at European Electronics for two years as an Account Manager. Prior to that, he spent eight years at XMA in sales and technical roles.

“When I first made the career switch to IT, I worked on a technical support team. This offered a great introduction to the industry and helped me develop a strong base understanding of a whole range of solutions. This start was invaluable as it helped me better understand what my customers wanted and needed when I moved into a sales position.

“I was looking for a new challenge in my career so jumped at the chance to join the OX IT Solutions team when the opportunity arose. It immediately felt like a good fit when I met the team – everyone has been very welcoming and friendly.

“I particularly liked the values OX IT represents and the perks on offer demonstrated the positive company culture which really helped seal the deal for me.

“I am excited to have joined the team and look forward to developing my own career alongside OX IT.”
