Nicola Hatton promoted to Operations Manager
OX IT Solutions is pleased to announce that Nicola Hatton has been promoted to Operations Manager.
Nicola has been promoted to support the ongoing expansion of the sales and finance teams and drive the overall growth of the business.
As Operations Manager, Nicola oversees the finance team and is primarily responsible for the business’s ISO certification management. She will work closely with the directors on business-critical tasks and supervise reporting and bookkeeping.
“I am thrilled to have been promoted to Operations Manager,” said Nicola. “I am excited to take on more responsibility and a new challenge.
“It’s great to work for a company that continually rewards hard work and offers clear career progression. This is the second time I have been promoted since joining the company and I am pleased to see that my dedication has been consistently recognised.
“I am particularly excited to be taking on management of OX IT’s ISO certifications. I am keen to take ownership of our certifications and complete the relevant online training to further my own understanding.
“Hopefully in the near future, we can expand our certifications and add new qualifications.”
Nicola joined OX IT Solutions when the business was first founded in 2016. She was originally appointed as an Administrative Assistant before making the step up to Office Manager.
In her new position, Nicola will manage the existing finance team and continue to work closely with the sales department.
Nicola added: “This is my first time taking on a management role which will allow me to develop my leadership skills, so this is a great step forward for my career.
“It’s been amazing to be part of the expansion OX IT has gone through over the last seven years. I am excited to take on a more responsibility and grow alongside the company.”
