NEUPC have provided a flexible Framework that is available for all institutions across the UK and is open to solutions from all vendors. Accredited on Lots 1,2 & 3. The contract is due to expire 30/09/2021
|NHS Shared Business Services – DWS - Digital Workplace Solutions - Formerly Link IT Solutions||
DWS is a Framework open to all NHS SBS Members and associated members, including all NHS Trusts and all Public Sector authorities, and is the successor to the very successful LINK IT Solutions Framework. It covers the supply of Servers and related products and services, storage, networking, third party software and other IT hardware. One of the features of the Framework is the ability to direct award contracts to suppliers, thus reducing the administrative burden, this in turn has meant that LINK IT Solutions and DWS have grown substantially over the last few years. DWS will last until 09/08/2022 with a option to extend for a further 2 years.

This Framework covers the supply and support of a broad range of wired and wireless routing and switching equipment. European Electronique is accredited on Lot 6 – Supply and maintenance of Palo Alto equipment and Lot 8 – Supply and maintenance of Fortinet equipment.

Designed for the education sector, across 6 Lots it offers a bespoke and fully compliant route to market for all your requirements including;
Lot 2 – Enterprise Storage - supply, install and manage Enterprise Storage including but not limited to Network Attached Storage (NAS), Storage Area Network (SAN) etc)
Lot 3 – Back up and Archiving - Data backup and archiving solutions
Lot 4 - Networking Equipment and Services - Including but not exclusive to; networking equipment (including routers, hubs, and switches), wireless network systems, Local Area Networks (LAN) virtualisation, digital infrastructure, online and cloud storage solutions
Lot 6 – Maintenance, Installation and Support - Separate maintenance, installation and support services (as a standalone requirement.

The Framework is regularly refreshed giving the most up to date, innovative cloud solutions. The Framework is split into 4 Lots and we are accredited on all 4. The G-Cloud Framework is generally renewed every 6 months to a year.

The replacement for the Technology Products 2 RM3733 Framework, the RM3733 Framework runs from 10/12/2019 until 09/12/2023. It is broken down into 4 Lots and we areaccredited on Lots 2 & 3.

This Framework provides Public Sector organisations with access to a range of IT Consultancy and Managed Services from pre-approved suppliers. It is divided into 4 Lots and we are represented across all Lots of the Framework.

|National Education Printers Agreement (NEPA), partner with Brother||
The Framework is primarily aimed at the Higher Education Sector Market and the typical University environment, covering full end to end print requirements. Included in the remit of the agreement is office document print hardware, multi-functional devices, print production hardware, print management solutions and services (including Industry Print software solution if required) and additional peripheral hardware to enable fulfilment of managed print services i.e., user authentication hardware and money loaders. Large format printers are also within scope of this agreement.

|National Desktops & Notebooks Agreement (NDNA), Partnered with Acer – Lot2||
The NDNA is a framework agreement that started on the 1st September 2017 having been formed from the merger of the outgoing IRDA (Inter-Regional Desktop Agreement) and NNA (National Notebook Agreement).The agreement originated as a procurement exercise run by LUPC (London Universities Purchasing Consortium) and it is to all consortia-affiliated universities and colleges of higher and further education. The agreement is aimed at making your purchasing as easy and streamlined as possible. The agreement also includes significant benefits over traditional purchasing routes.
|Kent County Council KCS ICT Managed Services Framework||
In accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations, Kent County Council via KCS Professional Services have created a national framework agreement for the supply and delivery of Managed ICT Services. The framework covers the provision of managed ICT services, with both cloud and on-premise options available. The framework period is 48 months – 1st November 2018 to 31st October2022.
